As a Science Entertainer, Steve fuses his passion for science (BSc. Geology) with live theatre and activities. His events encourage and stimulate learning for all ages through exciting content and active participation. Having worked with organisations such as the Edinburgh International Science Festival, Dr Bunhead’s Science Education, Glasgow Science Centre and CSIRO Science Education Centre (Sydney), Steve is well established working in a range of science communication environments.

Steve can come in to schools or clubs bringing demonstrations and activities, or can be commissioned for outdoor science field-trips incorporating learning through observation of the natural environment.

The Science of the Circus

Combining science communication with street theatre and family entertainment, Steve Mischief answers the big questions no-one ever thought to ask - Were the dinosaurs farted to death? Can you get a sonic boom from a kangaroo? Featuring juggling, fire-eating, whip-cracking, plate spinning, balloon-twisting and a bed-of-nails, the show combines circus skill with fascinating facts and plenty of humour. Science was never presented this way in school!
